2.4 info - dispel resistFollow

It should be 33/66/100% chance to resist dispel AND 10/20/30% chance to dispel a buff on the would-be dispeller. Arcane Shot your own buffs off, Huntard.

its baby steps gaudion. blizzard likes to take its time buffing classes.

with the notable exception of hunters of course, which blizz has absolutely no problem buffing out the wazoo in a single patch.

maybe earth shield and heroism/bloodlust will get some kind of innate dispel resistance. even just another 20% would be pretty strong, cause then its a crap shoot whether or not a single dispel will catch it.

this buff also effects elemental too. ive had a few elemental shammy friends complain endlessly about losing the clearcasting effect, or worse yet, elemental mastery. all they need is for the buff to last long enough to use, and in that instance, 30% should be quite adequate.

The problem with that being I don't know of a single Elemental PvP build with three spare points to pencil into Healing Grace. Elemental is a very, very tight balancing act right now with every single point being precious.

What am I protecting as an Elemental Shaman? EotS, EM (which I shouldn't lose anyway), and... Water or Lightning Shield, I guess? I certainly wouldn't spend the three points in Healing Grace if I was still an Elemental Shaman.

Give shamans a REAL CC, take out the STUPID new effect of arcane shot.
