Relatively pointless question, I know, but just for the sake of trivia is the increased slow effect for Tclap from having multiple pieces of the Conqueror's Battlegera set additive or multiplicative? The text says "Increases the slow effect of your Tclap ability by 50%". So if Improved Tclap is already 20% Slow, then does this bring it to 30% or 70%?
30%, if it bought it to 70% it would be the premiere tank set.
It doesn't stack.

When it doesn't stack do you mean to stay that the improved t. clap talent does nothing when the set bonus is active, essentially making your effective slow rate 15%?

Other way around. The set bonus isn't active if you have Imp. TClap.
