I have been playing a warlock level 23 at the moment I realy want a good build to level with affliction so could somebody post a build thats good in leveling and decent in pvp. So if someone can post a build I would appreciate it.

try reading the stickies, even though they are somewhat outdated, the info is still generally ok. Then goto a talent calculator, like the one at wowhead.com, and come up with one on your own. Post it up here and I'm sure someone will critique it for you. Usually best if you at least do a little work yourself first. Not to mention the fact that with a little looking at the posts, there's a lot of posts like this.

That first build, I'd rather have a point in Imp Life Tap then Suppression. I levelled without suppresion, and put 1 point in it at 70. Never really had a problem with resists.
I'd also not take Imp CoA. Imp CoA adds 5% to your CoA BEFORE modifiers and +Spell Dam. IF it runs it's full course. If no then it adds even less, as it does not add an equal amount to each tick because of the way it's damage is backloaded. Imp CoA is one of the most worthless talents in the Affliction tree.

As for your second build, 30 is a little early to have Empowered Corruption at max. You really don't start getting enough +Spell Dam to make it that worthwhile until closer to 40. I'd rather have nightfall and grim reach at max. with 2 points in Nightfall I notice it proc nearly every fight, at worst every other fight. Range is one of our best weapons, why not increase that range.

The only thing is, if your not a Drain Tanker, you could probably lose the points in Fel Concentration, though they are very useful for when you do pull aggro, or in PvP situations where you can't avoid being hit.
