Ok so i'm lvl 30, whanna lvl uberfast and with retribution aura - prot/holy build? (heared that's the best/fastest way) - any suggestions (build lvl 30, 40, 50...) - i'll work out the locations (juliens or undead or sth)
And don't vory I won't miss any part of the game alrdy leveled 2 chars (70 war and 58 mage so far) whanna also paladin asaop to 58 and outlands

I personally think ret is easier just because it can be a pain finding the correct type of mob to aoe grind, but that's just my opinion.
Not quite sure why you're so enamored with the retribution aura but ok.
With the way they've changed the XP requirements to level as well as the XP given for quests AoE grinding is probably not going to be the fastest way for you to level. Maybe, but I doubt it.
You'd be better off questing for the XP. To do that you can stay with ret or go holy/prot or just prot. I was ret up until 45 or so and then switched to a holy/prot build to maximize my chances of getting into an instance. I mainly quested with both builds (a little AoE grinding but mostly on the "kill 47 of these mobs" or "collect 32 items with a .000001% drop rate from these other mobs".

AOE grinding as prot can work quite well, there is a nice guide on it here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=67158029&sid=1. I wouldn't suggest trying to AOE grind until around level 40 tho, at 40 you can grab all the necessary talents for AOE grinding to be effective.
I would suggest leveling with ret until about 40 toolofjesus put together a nice guide on ret here:
