Seal of Command questionFollow

So I am trying to level up as fast as possible and was curious if the added dps of judging seal of command is worth the extra mana spent. Should I wait a certain amount of time before judging it. I tried using stun judge for the extra damage, but it seems to drain my mana too much to be effective. I usually wait till the timer is around 18-17 sec to judge it. Is there an optimal time to wait before judging it or not at all? Is Seal of Blood faster to level up with than seal of command? I currently am using Capn. Jacks holy/ret spec and just got Divine Favor and am now working through the rest of ret tree. Would there be an optimal time to judge that seal as well?

oh and also, is sanctity aura better than ret aura for solo grinding?

I may be entirely wrong, as I've never been ret, even during leveling, but ret aura is better if you are tanking a number of mobs. Sanc aura would be better for raising DPS on a single mob.

Seal of Blood is mostly for instances, even though it can do more DPS then seal of command, its true purpose (in my opinion) is to keep your Mana comming in from heals(not your own heals mind you). letting you go all out, for longer periods of time.

that said, i dont think it would be very effective/efficient to use SoB in solo. the increase in DPS you may get would not off set the mana healing your self back up.

again, that is opinion, as i have not actually tested this.

also, if your are going primarily ret, then you should have a lack of spell damage. making judgement of SoC not really mana effective. judge only when your seal is about to wear off, or right before you kill a mob so you have a fresh seal for the next or something of that nature.

as for aura, you should be using Sanctity. Ret spec is a 1vs1 spec, and Ret aura is terrible for that.
