I read the sticky about pre-kara gear. I have only been in kara once, but i may have the chance to go on a ZA or even a 25-man soon, is may gear up to it?

I'm going to out on a limb and say that no you aren't anywhere near ready for any of the 25 man raids since as you said you've only been to kara once. I must admit that i'm surprised you were able to do kara since your stats are a little low, granted not bad, just a little low.
But back to your original question. For any of the 25 man raids you must be completely geared in I think t4 gear, and I'm sure for ZA you have to be completely t5 or run with a 24 people in full t6 gear in order to cover your low dps.
Course I've been wrong before and some of the more hardcore raiders might disagree.

what should my ap, crit, hit, and tooltip dps be before i would be ready for ZA or a 25 man?
I think that your gear and your stats look ok. As you said you are wanting to do some ZA but you have only done Kara once. I suggest you do Kara a bunch more so that you have more experience to be able to do ZA without a problem. You might also be able pick up some better gear while doing Kara as well.

I think you are ready for early ZA and 25mans.
Your gear might not be sufficient for the 5th and 6th boss in ZA and for anything beyond Magtheridon, but for the earlier stuff you should do well.
Because you have a lot of PvP gear your crit is very high for your level of gear. Your AP is a bit low when comparing with the other stats, but it is very ok for your level of progression.
Enchants and gems are excellent (which gives a substantial buff to your dps). You might want to get some upgrades from Karazhan before starting seriously starting with the 25man content, but if you go with this equip you'll still be able to stand your own.
you'll be fine.
As mulgrin said, its probably good to do Kara more, especially trying to get wolfslayer (because having 1 of the very best weapons ingame rocks) will be worth it.
Also garona's signet ring and Hourglass of the unravveler, but i wouldnt worry to much.
if you know your stuff you will do excellent vs Gruul/ZA/Mag/VR.
edit: i would respec for PvE raiding though, moving 4 points from endurance and 1 from thick hide to IAotH, and the other 2 from thick hide to imp. revive.
it will increase your dps by 4-6% so its a good 'upgrade' to get, but its not something to lose sleep over.
Possibly change the orange gems in your desolation pieces to +4 hit/+4 agi (will give you -0.2% crit and -8 AP but + 0.5% hit wich you can still use very well for PvE and agility scales better with buffs like BoK)
But again, its not really something to worry about... more something you can spend/waste money on to perfect yourself....
