How much should I be at to be raiding Gruul's ZA etc? I didnt realize the importance of it till recently so I've been trying to get more hit rating gems but I'm only getting it to 155.

You want to be over 200 hit rating for starting Gruul's.
This should be easy to accomplish with a combination of pre-Kara and Kara gear.
Try to fill any red slots you have with +4agi/+4hit gems and any yellow slots with the +8hit gems.
If you are using the Relentless Earthstorm Diamond as a meta, make sure you have 2 blues then put +8hit gems in any blue slots you have on gear with bad socket bonuses.
