Stupid tracking questionFollow

#1 Jan 30 2008 at 8:43 AM Rating: Decent
After not having played a hunter in a long while, I made a new one recently. There have been changes since I last played one and have a question about beast tracking. Why are some beasts highlighted the way nodes are and not others?

Sorry for the newbish question, but I'm confused.

Thanks!

Beasts represented by a yellow dot means they are neutral to you (wont' attack you unless you attack them first). A red dot means they will attack you if you get too close to them.

The different color dots mean a few things. there are 3 different color dots and 2 or 3 different ring colors (the ring around the dot)

Dot Color:
1) Green- friendly unit
2) Red- Unfriendly or aggroable unit, it will attack you if you get close or its a member of the opposing faction.
3) Yellow- Neutral target, will not attack until attacked.

Ring Color:
1)Yellow- NPC
2) Grey/ Silver- Player

and those are the only 2 I know off the top of my head. I hope this helps.
