worth swapping in a 1v1 fight against certain classes

oh: crippling poison
oh #2: mind numbing poison

so something to the tune of shiv gouge swap shiv swap

for: sl/sl lock, disc pri, caster sham

think its worth the twin GCDs to triple poison?

I do it in 2v2 lots, if you can micromanage that with your regular abilities with the 1 second GCD the weapon swap causes, then I find that it works very well.

In duels it'd probably be very manageable through the use of CC like gouge. I'd say it's a good idea, especially on priests and shammies.
