Basically, I've made this build solely for PvE (Not endgame. Just the occassional instance/mostly playing with a friend).
It is made for grinding and questing only, but I can't decide where to put my last 15 points. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I guess my next question should be: is combat the way to go for leveling?
Definitely. Not just saying this with experience but the fact that every thread I've read says combat is great for levelling
