Whats the difference between Fists and Swords?Follow
Well i would like to know if fists does more damage than swords and is that the only difference or is there more?
The main difference is itemization, I.E Swords are more common then Fists.
S1 Weapons change it so that there really isn't too much of a difference.

sword is better for pve, fists crit rate makes for better burst on eviscerate... so its got a slight edge imo for pvp

Swords are better for PvP too, actually (Resilience means Fist or Axe spec is quite bleh, plsu I'm pretty sure you can get Sword Spec procs off Shiv).
If not for Combat Potency, there's no reason why Sword Spec would be better in PvE. But there is, and the extra Energy makes the difference. Strictly speaking though, it's better to crit and deal more damage (damage bonus plus 15% plus 3% from Metagem) than to get another white attack in.

Yes, it's exactly like an extra swing.
