Well im in TK and SSC atm hopeing to progress up to BT. I am usaully at the top of the DPS meters and i am very experaince so i know what i am doing. My Rotations are 5 Combo points SnD, Followed by 5 rupture , then i have time for a 5 evis while SnD is still up then repeat. Thats for bosses. For trash its 1 Snd then 5 evis.

No no, missed my point. If you are already in TK (I am gonna assume you are past Loot Reaver) and SSC implies that you should at least be aware of what standards there are and there should have been some discussion among the Rogues in your guild and more likely than not you would have done some research.
The way the OP comes off is no different from "Hai i nedz ratez on mai rouge".
Just move the points from Imp. Evis to anywhere besides Eviscerate, its an awful finisher outside of trash and farming. Your hit is a bit low for me, I would try to edge that closer to 280-290 (Dunno if you raid with a Dranei though)

Thats a new one for me. The norm is 1 SnD/5 Rupture with the T4 bonus or a 3 SnD/5 Rupture without.
Also, Imp Evis does suck, take Vile Poisons instead either 3/5 or 4/5.
And yes, you definitely could use a bit more hit since the cap is 363 and your about 100 short there.
You could also put the Nethercobra Leg Patch on your pants, it will up your AP and crit a wee bit.
Socketing your boots with a +4 hit/+4 agi in the red socket would also probably be a better choice. Loose 1 hit and gain .1% crit and 4 AP.
