I noticed the two spells in the "class" sell listing. Im a lvl 26 Holy priest, but don't have these spells. Did these go away with the expansion, or is the list just wrong. Whats the deal?

They are racial spells.
Dwarves and Drenai get Chastise
Dwarves and Humans get Desperate prayer

Blood Elf: Consume Magic, Touch of Weakness
Undead: Devouring Plague, Touch of Weakness
Troll: Shadowguard, Hex of Weakness

Night Elf: Starshards, Elune's Grace
Human: Desperate Prayer, Feedback
Dwarf: Desperate Prayer, Chastise
Draenei: Symbol of Hope, Chastise

Silly question - how many people actually USE Feedback? I know that I don't even have it on my action bars/hot keys. Desperate Prayer - very useful. Nice "oh carp" button.

In answer, Shamandin: no one. I, like you, don't even have it on my bars. It's a reactive spell which makes it hard to use, and the mana cost is so high you have to get hit with a _lot_ of spells for it to even make up for itself.
