This is a good one for me:

#showtooltip Frostbolt(Rank 13)
/script UIErrorsFrame:Hide()
/run SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX","0")
/use 13
/use 14
/run SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX","1")
/cast Icy Veins
/cast frostbolt(Rank 13)
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/script UIErrorsFrame:Show()

It activates icy veins, both trinkets and cast a frostbolt in one press( 1 trinket at a time). I also have one that casts my WE, sets him to passive, attacks, and casts freeze in one press, though I don't remember it exactly so I'll have to add that one once I get home.

Also there is a couple usefull ones here:

This is a polymorph macro, useful in pvp and instances, not frost specific, but a life saver.

/clearfocus [modifier:shift]
/focus [target=focus, noexists] [target=focus, dead] [target=focus, help]
/stopmacro [target=focus, noexists]
/cast [target=focus] Polymorph

I use the same macro for my elemental.

#showtooltip Summon Water Elemental
/cast [nopet] summon water elemental
/stopmacro [nopet]
/petpassive
/click PetActionButton5
/petattack

1st click summons the elemental and sets him to passive. 2nd click casts his nova and makes him attack.

Another macro I use often is for Ice Block

#showtooltip Ice Block
/cancelAura Ice Block
/cast Ice Block

1st click casts Ice Block, 2nd cancels it.

This isnt really for 60, but instead for 66+, you should first get an AddOn known as Quartz, than use this macro
#showtooltip Ice Lance
/stopcasting
/cast Ice Lance

now for this to work, with Quartz it will show a little red section at the end of the cast bar, that is your latency, and you can move, or jump, or quit WoW, or for gods sake ANYTHING once you hit that red bar and your frostbolt will cast. With this said if you hit your Ice Lance button right there you will cast ice lance, and if the target is frozen you have a very very high chance of critting your frozen target with both the frostbolt and ice lance.

Watch http://youtube.com/watch?v=VJ9fy9DYRWI For exact details on doing it with your elementals Freeze feature.

/stopcast is no longer necessary. Blizzard has changed the way spells queue to make stopcasting completely unneeded. Use the ability as though it had a stopcast without one.
