also. don't gem for int or crit. hit or +dmg is all you need. gemming for crit is a complete waste
Not to get off-topic, but I'd have to disagree with that. As a warlock, you should never gem for int, but gemming for crit isn't a bad thing. If you need more crit (which the OP does), or you're trying to fill a socket bonus, it can sometimes be better than +spell damage. Personally I can't stand people who do 100% +damage and disregard any bonus that their gear can give them.
It's mostly dependant on your gear and what your stats are now, but you might want to consider hybrid gems (like +crit and +damage). Don't gem for stam/int, that will come with better gear. Also, you might want to consider re-gemming your gear to make use of the socket bonuses, some of which are pretty good. You have a lot of damage for not having entered a 25 man raid, but your crit is definately lacking. Don't be afriad to sacrifice damage for more spell crit, but just use your judgment. Under 20% even before talents is really low if you want to do well as 0/21/40.
So basically regem your gear and do Gruul! Just a tip for your guild, ZA is going to be harder for Gruul, so you might want to start doing Gruul instead of ZA.
