Depends on what you wanna do endgame.
pvp= undead
pve= orc
undead have 'best' pvp racial: will of the forsaken, cannibalize, and shadow resistance, and 3 min underwater breathing.
orcs have blood fury which boosts your damage a lot and is on a 2min cd but gives healing debuff, and stun resist
