I would suggest you try your own readiness for Kara by running couple of Heroics. Even the notorious Mech, but more so CE ones for nice rep ring.
Your hit and spell damage are just way too low, especially to be successful with that spec. Warlocks in raids are all about doing damage, and that spec is all about survival.
The FSW set would go a long way for you. Also switching to full affliction or demo.
