Was sondering if I had both the gear level and the spec to go through Kara as our guild will be making its first 1 very soon. Any advice or comments are welcomed.
Specifically, what enchants were considered "must haves" as well as gear upgrades would be considered must haves. I have spell hit trinkets as well as a couple other pieces that are being stored for boss fights but other adive would be great.

I'm by no means an expert, but your crit rate seems very high--and consequently your hit rating low--for an entry affliction 'lock.
That being said, I'd still give Kara the ol' college try at the very least. Prior to Curator, the only threat with DPS being under-geared is the healers running OOM. In all likelihood, at least initially, your tank's aggro-generation will be more of a bottleneck than your gear.
