I'm dual wielding, and I barely do damage. the mobs parry/ block... they dodge. I miss constantly... I don't get it. my wep skill is 160 with each.... Someone help?
invest 3 points into improved duel wield it becomes so much better after that.
I responded to the same post you put in the gen forums, so I'll respond here too.
Your weapon skills are FORTY (40) below the cap. Raise them up a little but and you will start melting (errr, bashing) faces.
