To Theo: Actually a lot of my stuff was from quests.... but then again, the stuff from the quests now are crappier than what I have. So I have to suck it up until I can grind enough honor to get the s1 swords (I've been good, been BGing it up lately), and once I get those I'm going to continue back up on running instances to get better gear. Weird how my gear is so crappy but I do pretty well in runs and BGs. CRAZY!
Nocthil... you're right, I'm doing it to spite you. =P Really though, I'm running to the AH today when I get the chance to get on (because I haven't been able to play very long these past few days) and get some gems for the sockets. And I'm working on the swords right now. But I need a butt load of honor to get both of them and it's taking some time, especially when pretty much every BG I'm in, no one listens and they all run off on their merry way, which results in us losing. This leads to the inability to complete the dailys. Stupid people.

I've been trying to find a premade but they've been made just to lose. Is there even a point doing that?
If they lose fast enough it speeds up mark gathering.

What Battlegroup is your server in? Cause it sounds like a sucky one. You could start a premade yourself if you can provide the group with vent/TS access. It isn't exactly hard.
I'm in Whirlwind... Seriously though, I've lost EVERY SINGLE BG that I've gone in. The only time we've ever won was actually in AV. My first time there and we won. Before and after that round... nothing but lose.
Well, on Bloodlust at least Alliance sucks hard at AV, is about 50/50 at WSG and only succeeds in EotS/AB with premades. However, premades are usually quite successful.

And yet I, on Argent Dawn, don't know the Battlegroup, have yet to lose an AV to the Horde. Granted I've only played about 6 games, but still.
If you check your armory, the Battlegroup name should be there too.
But along with what you said, that was the first time I've ever gone in AV (haven't had the chance to go back yet) but we won. Maybe that's the lucky BG on my Battlegroup.
