Best spec and gear for end gameFollow

Just to annoy the heck out of Nocthil...

What's the best gear I should aim for now that I've reached 70 for end game?





Okay not really since this was answered in my other thread but just wanted to spread the excitement. My first 70. You know how that feels. You feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

But I do have to start looking and working for gear now (and make my last 50g or so, so I can get my mount training... no epic flyer yet). Oh the joys...

Thanks! Yeah, I have to still quest and grind a bit. I'm a bit shy of being able to train for my 'normal' flyer.

Yeah I haven't had the chance to socket them yet. Just got them two days ago lol.

Yeah I may do that for the time being until I can get the good stuff. Right now I'm still just trying to save up for my flyer... and I'm not even a spender!

Yeah I was talking about waiting to buy the "good" gems until later. Especially if I'm going to replace my gear with better stuff

So pretty much just get any of the gems that would give +hit, +crit, etc?

There are certain blue it is well worth it to put blue quality gems into.

I posted an edited pre-kara gear list a few days ago and I would say anything on that list is well worth socketing with the best gems you can afford.

Mainly because you could run Kara 2-3 times and never get a drop you need to replace one of those blues.

Plus, if you socket with higher quality gems you'll be fine to do Gruul's as well as Kara.

Putting lower quality gems into them means you'll probably want a couple drops from Kara before trying to DPS on Gruul.

And Nocturnal, for god's sake PLEASE go get the S1 swords. They are better than anything you will get out of any instance until late in SSC.

Is the Armory messed up or do you have a 2.10 in your MH and a 2.60 in your OH, or do I have to contrive a way to find out who/where you are and torture you to death?

Oh, and will you hate me if I tell you to get the S1 OH again? Well? Will ya? ;)

Being in the Bloodlust battle group on Alliance side means we get our **** rolled all the time. Our solution? Create premade groups and only stick in a BG where we face a PUG. That way you usually win. Oh and we also only do EotS and AB because WSG doesn't yield enough honor and AV is a loss every time. No reason spending 30 mins for 30 honor.

Try joining a channel like /join pvppremade

Not sure if it's a player created channel on my server or a universal channel but it is of great use.

Also just advertise that your looking for a premade at the same time you spam a message in trade about opening peoples lock boxes. You make a little cash, people start recognizing your name, and you get into a premade.

One message I use is as follows:

"Noct's Locks. I'll pop your box like it was the very first time. Romantically located at the Stormwind Fountain."

I get a lot of hate whispers, a lot of love whispers and about 10 gold in as many minutes while waiting for arena que/looking for premade/waiting for summon/just being bored and having nothing better to do.

While we're at it, could you guys possibly link the s1 weapons available? I tried looking for them but I'm stupid and can't find them.

Good God, how did you get to 70 without getting any quest rewards?

I had better than those stats at 60.

Get season 1 swords at least. It takes a day or two.
