I don't usually have to ask advice when it comes to my characters, but I for once I've found I need some after all.
I've come to the point where gear upgrades for me lie in SSC/TK and beyond, and while I might go there one day with another guild, I am fairly content to stick around where I am at the moment. However, I am wondering how I stack up with the requirements for the later end boss fights of SSC and TK. I have done Void Reaver and Solarian with worse gear than what I have at the moment (armory link below), but I wonder how I stand in relation to fights like Vashj, and Kael'thas. Primary concerns are:
1) Do I need more +healing?
2) Do I need more mp5?
3) Do I need more health/mana?
4) Should I get more crit? I know it's a bit on the low side...
5) Are there any enchants I am missing, or don't know about, I ought to get?
6) All of the above?
I ask those that have been further along in PVE raiding content than I, who know how I might stack up against the fights in SSC/TK and beyond. I'd greatly appreciate input.

P.S: Should armory be down (as it often is), these are the stats I run with:
1) 8977 health (that is with Fortitude, and it's just around the 8k mark without it)
2) 10443 mana.
3) +1989 healing
4) 142 mp5 WITH (that means 141 - 41 = 101 mp5 without it, simple math) Blessing of Wisdom. I never ever raid without using BoW, so that number without the blessing is really rather moot. I usually go with Elixir of Major Mage Blood/Flask of Mighty Restoration + Blackened Sporefish + Superior Mana Oil (16/25 + 8 + 14 = +38/47 mp5) for a total of 180/189 mp5 during raids.

I fully understand that and I still don't care what you get buffed. Everyone in the game has access to the same consumables, so it matters what you have unbuffed so you can more effectively compare people. However, you're near 100, and that's good enough for your content level. We still want to see your crit though.
And lo' Bodhi did descend unto the 8th circle of hell, Malebolge, which he twast pretty sure was foreign speak for "eu.wowarmory.com". Long he transversed the turgid paths finally to come upon Soaring from Frostwhisper server.
To cut to it though, you are ready for 25 man content. It appears you have already seen High King, and SSC. Your build is solid enough, you have the right enchants. Your spell crit is on the low side but your mp5 is otay, not great but nothing to shrug at.
If you are running Kara on farm get 75 badges and get the spell crit battlemaster trinket. Lost +70 healing but almost get 2% to crit which is what you need. Not many guilds do it but Mag has the shield almost identical to yours but also has +11 mp5 which is sexy, the t4 chest which is awesome, and the ring from the turn in if you can get it. If you can't find a guild that does mag you can jump into a guild in SSC that has downed Hydross/Lurker possibly Tidewalker and excel.

Translation - Bodhi is a GM on an RP server.
Ditch the ribbon for Xiri's Gift, until you get the heroic badges for The Essence of the Martyr. The ribbon was only good while it had mp5 on it. Once they removed the mp5, it has become one of the most laughable trinkets for healing in the game.
Change your bracer enchant to mp5. You have more than enough healing, but for your stats your mp5 is meh at best, and 1900 healing (what you would be at with these changes) is more than enough for SSC/TK content, and with those two changes you should be more efficient.
