I make my own UI. I don't like downloading a compilation of stuff that someone else uses. I would rather craft something functional for the way I play. It really doesn't take too much time once you have an idea of what you are looking for.
From your screenshots, you have a really small screen so I doubt there are many UI packages out there that would fit your screen without you having to change a lot of the settings anyways.

well i used normal 0/5/56 in karazhan because of not alot aoe dammage there. and its learning trip how to play there anyways.
when i came to ssc i still had the basic 0/5/56 to we came to hydross fight. then i changed to the normal 8/0/53 build thats normal for raiding 25 man content.
and never drop that 10mp5 trinket before you can get lootwalker trinket or gruuls eye. or Za mp5 trinket. or onyxia trinket or bwl trinket with mp5.
if you are lucky and got a old guild that want to raid bwl try to join each time because of one of the best healing trinkets are there with 66healing and 9mp5 working constantly and not the triggered healing boost.
