Hi, I just got into BC like maybe a month ago, maybe a little more. I have gotten little help in getting into raid groups or what not, but I know that PvE is definitely where I want to go.

Here is a link to my armory:
http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Frostwolf&n=Iheal

Since its been difficult to get into heroics and what not, i've been forced to craft most of the gear i have.

Now, I did pug a kara group one time although they were already at prince. I had no problems healing that.

My question is, where do i go to upgrade my gear? Am i geared enough to adequately heal all heroics?
Does a piece i have on suck? If so, what do i replace it with?

Anyway, jsut wanted your thoughts on this, because lately i've been feeling as if I should pvp to get some stam gear to alleviate the low life i have.

Thanks.

You have adequate starting KZ gear now its just a matter of finding a guild that will take you. Start shopping around, you don't want to be pugging raids.

If you are having trouble finding heroics or raids in your guild, with your gear, its time to pack up and leave.

Its a shame you find it hard to get groups, but finding a good guild should be the best solution to this.

Your gear should be ok for kara and heroics.

HP with improve gradually as you gear up, but you can boost your stamina a little now, perhaps look for someone to do the +12 stamina enchant on boots (mats are cheap I think) or +6 to all stats on the chest? Respec to include improved PW:fortitude in your talents? No cooking and no fishing? I like to eat some blackened sporefish before big boss fights (catch fish in zangarmarsh) adds 20stamina and 8mp5. I know many people find fishing too boring to level, but I think cooking is well worth it for the buffs, you can make plenty of stamina and spirit food without fishing.

thank you very much for all the input guys.

yeah about the secondaries, i never really got around to them lol.

But, in regards to upgrading gear.. if i run gruul or kara and t4 stuff drops for me, should i pass on em? in comparison, the healing from PMC and whitemend seems to to great to give up, although it may fall short on stam. your thoughts? in other words when should i replace PMC and whitemend?

Replacing whitemend with KZ, Gruul, ZA, Mag, etc pieces is ok. Replacing PMC with anything below t5 is not. The set bonus from PMC is not worth giving up until you have a full chest, waist, & shoulders that can outweigh the PMC set bonus.

You should not replace PMC until you have:
- Tier 5 shoulders
- Robes from ZA
- Belt from ZA or (preferably) crafted from SSC/TK
- Second piece of T5 for the 2-piece bonus, to make up for the loss of regen
Don't break PMC until you have all 4 pieces, except on very specific fights where you need more stamina.

Whitemend is less important too keep around; the best replacements are the ZA helm and the leggings off Doomwalker, but unlike PMC it's okay to break the set in order to get one of these items in.

To the OP: Gloves from Botanica or badges and any healing mace and you'll be easily good enough to clear Kara, and will probably do fine right now (except maybe Nightbane, you're pretty low on mp5). You should be able to heal any heroic. You might want to grab a few pieces of PvP, but only to switch out in fights where you need the stamina (i.e. Shade of Aran).
EDIT: Oh, and one more thing. Royal Nightseyes in pretty much every socket, unless the socket bonus makes up for a different gem (i.e. the robes from ZA or pants from Doomwalker, 2 nightseye and 1 dazzling talasite gets you 4 extra intellect over gemming 3 nightseyes).
