but the sticky deff and mit. the gear there thats pretty much prekara stuff to have for tanking right? looks that way but just makeing sure. and also if it is, is it updated or even need updated or would that still be the stuff to get. atm i'm only 63 guild is wanting me to ot/mt kara even though they starting already they cant kill second boss.dont even know if they make it to him or not lol. but so far i have my weapon still need to get the 40 spell dmg on it though went with the depleted sword one cant remember name sorry. but i bought it already tanking ready for 295g. just trying to have a good look out for gear i need to get asap or even before i hit 70 if i can.
If I remember correctly that list is all pre-Kara and pre-Heroic. It's a great list to shoot for in terms of where you want to be for starting Kara. Whehter it's been updated recently or not, haven't looked, but imo doesn't need to be (at least gear list wise).
it doesnt seems to be updated for ZA gear or any new badge gear. but it wouldnt change the suggested gear list at the end.

The sticky has gear for all progressions, including pre-kara, kara, SSC/TK, and even BT/Hyjal gear. However, Thels has not updated it in a few months, so new badge rewards and ZA stuff is not included in the list.
at the bottom of the list, there is another list, that is a pre kara ideal gear list i thought.
