Help with build? Warrior rookieFollow

#1 Jan 24 2008 at 7:44 AM Rating: Decent
Okay so I used to play a hunter but when I resubscribed WoW I came back with 2 friends who wanted to game 100% together, no one going ahead of another, etc
My girlfriend was head over hills with the draenei, so we all went draenei
My girlfriend went with a hunter, as that's what she played on trial
My friend went with a priest, so he could basically help the 'party'
Even though my girlfriend has a pet, there's only so much a pet can do in certain situations, so I went warrior

Mind you I never played warrior before, well, not passed level 12
So if my build is COMPLETELY noob, don't beat around the bush

I didn't want to go protection cause I don't like being the ***** for tanking, and only that
And I didn't want to go with a big 2h for the big crits, I prefer dw
I went with 2 weapon masteries, axe for a + to crit on my main hand and sword for the % to get an extra attack on the same target, to make up for the off hands lower dmg.

If it's a stupid idea, I understand, but I could use some help cause I don't want to be aiming for a build that won't help a 3 person team play through

P.S. It's my girlfriend's first time playing so we started on a normal PVP, rather than my original PVP server I played my hunter on, so I know this build would probably get stomped out in PVP, it's mostly for PVE

It's an interesting build, but I suspect the experts will say it's not a good one, especially for DW.

Arms is typically considered the tree for 2H weapons, largely because Mortal Strike damage is based on weapon damage, which won't be nearly as much with a 1H as a 2H.

Also, you get extra swings with Flurry if you spec deeper into Fury, which helps a lot when DW because you're going to miss a lot more often.

By no means is any of this definitive, just trying to be helpful. If you're enjoying playing and not having problems, I don't think there are clear cut right and wrong specs personally.
