I've laid off my shaman to level a hunter on another server, I was away from the game for a good 6 months. I think I maybe played my Shaman for 1 month tops since BC came out. But this is strange...I noticed I have Shamanistic rage talent, with only 40 points in enhancement! It's like the point I had (or thought I had) in shamanistic focus disappeared!

Anyway, I'm not complaining, and I'm sure as hell not going to respec...I am not yet 70, but I could potentially end up with both Nature's swiftness AND shamanistic rage. How is this possible, has this happened to anyone else?

I thought the forced-respec fixed that.

They released the patch awhile ago making 2-handers trainable, and replaced it with shamanistic focus. They then refunded the talent point (but only the one) for those who previously had 2-handers. People were putting it into nature's swiftness instead of shamanistic focus, giving them both a 41 a 21 point talent... and rioting ensued from other classes. A few days after the patch was released, they hotfixed it, giving us all a free re-spec.

Looks like you somehow got overlooked; enjoy it while you can.

I remember that. I logged in and saw I was still enhancement, but I had the one talent point refunded. Then the next day, not paying attention, I went to run one of the SM instances and one of my group member was saying how I didn't have a spec...oops.
