Help with QuartzFollow

I downloaded Quartz to help me out with my casting times and first let me just say its freakin awesome. Now let me say, how in the crap do you configure the damn thing!

A few things I want to change.

1. Where the casting bar is. Its too big and its in the middle of where I normally keep a lot of my buttons.

2. Whenever I go into a raid I get a casting bar for myself but also whatever target I'm healing. I don't want this extra info it takes up what little free real estate I have on my screen. How do I get rid of this bar?

3. Whenever I select a target I get another box that shows me all the buffs/debuffs/dots/hots on that target. Once again, for the most part this is information I don't need as I already get it through Grid mod and again it takes up what little real estate I have on my screen.

Great mod. But between CTMod, TrinityUI, Grid, Decusrive, KTM, and now Quartz my screen literally looks like a hippy van covered in bumper stickers... I can't see a damn thing!
