Down the violet path... perhaps I should pay attention...Follow

Well umm started Kara tonight, everything went well few deaths no wipes, kinda proud of myself.. was gonna give myself a lollipop but I had to end the night on a stupid note didn't I...

Exited Kara and clicked on complete for the wrong violet path line, wasn't concentrating, had been an intense couple of hours and to be honest I was kinda tired...

So, umm, do any of you sagely people know in your wisdom if there's any way to change this? Should I petition a GM asking him to swap it? Cos although I didn't need the ring for friendly rep I wouldn't mind the ring for honoured..

...Your thoughts on this would be muchly appreciated :)

Edit: in my supreme foolishness I had title the thread scarlet path not violet! :s Perhaps it's bed time.

once you hit exalted you can swap it out

Like everyone said, at exalted you can swap it out for a price and I think you can only swap it once. However, to be honest the ring isn't all that great and you can probably find an equally good replacement elsewhere.

Certainly no harm in asking to swap it, you might get lucky. I know someone in my guild did exactly the same, but I don't know what the outcome was when they asked to change it.

Well thanks for the input, I'll probably start a ticket just in case, but hopefully by the time I'm likely to be honoured with the lovely Violet people I'll have something better anyways so if the GM says no I'll just wait til exalted to switch, if I even bother :)

A friend of mine picked the wrong one for his Druid and the GM changed it for him. That was a couple of months ago, though.

Thank you very much for this information. I started Kara as a healer and changed to Shadow a few weeks ago. Really upset me when I went to get my revered ring...still healing. Now at least I know I can swap it out at exhaulted. Good stuff.
