I was also considering using combat daggers http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=f0xfohZbeV0bEz0MGotV i dont know much about combat daggers so i could use some help with this spec.

How come? A combat spec will still use SS as a primary ability. That 5 energy could make a big difference:
w/o- 2 ticks, 40 energy, 0 SS
w/- 2 ticks, 40 energy, 1 SS

Combat daggers uses backstab as its main dmg not ss. So getting the talents for ss isn't that useful for it so getting dodge is a better choice.
ya i was in a hurry and did both specs almost the same but i fixed it.
