Tips for the weak priest/war 2v2...Follow

hi everyone!
So me and my RL friend are running 2v2. Im a disc/holy priest and he's a war. Yes i know, not the best combo out there, but its fun. Of course the druid/anything combo is tough but i was wondering if anyone out there has some tips or suggestions for us. Im in mostly all glad/venge and my warrior is less geared than me, so of course most of the problems are gear. But the classes that we have trouble with are druid/war, druid/hunter, and sometimes shammy/war. Pretty much anything with a rogue/lock are easy for us. Any suggestions on the plan of attack would be good. Thanks for the help!
