I've decided to roll Blood Elf for my rogue. I like the +enchanting they gain, but i'm confused as to what goes well with enchanting as far as professions go.
Could someone please enlighten me?

Either Tailoring or a gathering profession.
Yes, the tailoring stuff is useless to you, but most of it's green so you can DE it.
With a gathering profession (Mining, Herbalism, Skinning) you can sell the gathered materials, and use the profits to buy greens to DE.

any gathering skill that makes lots of money, as you are leveling skinning may seem the way to go, but at 70 after you have completed all of your quests, it becomes obsolete. Go for either mining or herbalism, herbalism is way easier to level and will give you near to or as much gold as mining.
