So like many other lvl 70's, I'm constantly doing the extremely boring rep grind with the various factions, mostly just cenarion and keepers of time, the cenarion for the tanking necklace and keepers for the tank pants. So my question is, I seem to jump in the LFG for steamvaults, durnholde and dark portal everytime I log into my pally. Now I know that I get more rep from dark portal over durnholde but I figure that either way I can get rep and it seems like getting a group for durnholde is easier than dark portal.
So am I doing the right thing by trying to essentially grind rep with 2 different factions at the same time or should I just focus on one or the other until I get to the lvl that I want?

yeah, grinding rep w/ more than one at a time takes some of the tedium of the grind away in my opinion. You'll get individual goals done faster, of course, by grinding one at a time. I just find that to be very slow and tedious.
In the end, there's really no "right" or "wrong" way to do it. Do whichever way works for you.

Exactly. If there was a "wrong" way, there'd be something in the terms of use and you could potentially have gotten your account banned by now ;)
Seriously though, do what's fun for you. I constantly look for almost ANY instance opening I can, excluding those I need no drops or rep from, because I like having options. If that works for you, do it. If not, find your own niche and do that. That's what's great about these kinds of games is there is more than one way to do something.
