Couple pvp questions...Follow

As helpfull as the O-boards were with this question.. well you get it.. Honestly I'm not quite sur eof the topics I need to look at for these answers so I'm going to go ahead ans post this while I continue to look for them, thanks in advance.

For pvp its more of a balancing of stats that I understand and if you focus on one to much you basicly gimp yourself.

What is the correct order and numbers to shoot for as we are working on our stats for mainly arena?

I know First its hp which should be 10,500-11,000, then it gets fuzzy on which stat I need to max for the next one in order.

Also, I plan on eventually going mut, but I am very aware that its a pretty gear intensive build. What is the least gear intensive but still viable build for arenas? I know harp was one of the tops if not the top but since it got bashed I'm not sure if its good anymore.
