Quick Nooby Question....???Follow

#1 Jan 21 2008 at 5:17 PM Rating: Decent
I was just wondering if some races get some of their stats to go up faster, because some races I look at have better starting stats and I'm not sure if this might affect how their stats go up as they level up or if they all go up the same, anyways I was just wondering because if it makes no difference then I could pick any race for my warrior and the stats wouldn't be any different.

Also I was wondering what people would think would be the best race for a DPS fury warrior.

Initial Stats are unimportant once you get past level 20 or so. We all end up the same in the end.
Horde seem to get better Racial Bonuses than Alliance, but really you should choose something that you won't mind looking at the **** of for the rest of the game.

An **** is for Life, not just for Christmas...

Personally I think shirt color is the least improtant part of your character...but that may be just me. No wait...hairstyle. Hairstyle is deifnitely the least important part. You don't even see it after level 20 or so.

I've looked at my Warrior's hair for most of her 70 levels. I almost always have my helm not showing because I hate the look of most helms and with the current bug with many helms deleting Troll tusks, I seldom show helms on any of my Trolls because they just don't look right without their tusks. I think the only helms I actually let show while leveling were the few 'crown' style ones that show the hair, the pith helmet one with the candle on it from a Hellfire quest and that neat Wolfhead style one from that Terrokar quest.

My guildies say that my Warrior's hair makes it easier to spot her in a crowd. Fuscia mohawks rule. :P

....and she almost never wears a shirt so shirt color is a non-issue.

I have the Amani Mask of Death and I show it all the time. I just hate how it looks with my Blood-stained Pauldrons though..yuck!

I've deleted and rerolled toons after playing for an hour or so because I didn't like the hair. I'm such a superficial tool sometimes Smiley: rolleyes.

I think looks matter at least to some extent. I mean, who would get excited about T4/5/6 and S1/2/3 if it looked exactly the same as your starting gear?

Amen to that. I have no idea how many toons I have created and deleted because I didn't like the hair, horns, beard, etc.
