Update:
Armory
Some of the equipment I'm wearing is still not updated, but I tried taking into account of things like +hit, +AP, etc. like everyone had suggested... and my health is now about 1k lower than what I had it.
I did respec, so far so good. SnD is working out great, my health is staying up more since I'm taking down the mobs faster. So instead of taking about 3-4 mobs and then healing... I can now take about 5-6 mobs before I'd have to (or at least recommended to) heal myself.
I ran Sethekk once so far, got a nice ring and some boots. May try to run it again.
I'll try to keep you guys updated though on how this noobie rogue is doing. Thanks again for all the help.

Try this for a chestpiece. Stick in the +3 hit / +3 Agi gems which can easily be either mined or bought off the AH (either cut or un-cut) and will give you some extra hit and some more agi than you have on your chestpiece at the moment.
Then pick up this trinket from a quest chain instead of that runed fungalcap trinket.
Try to get new boots asap. It would be worth running the Mana-tombs second boss as many times as you can for the boots he drops and the offhand sword he drops. It is much easier to farm those two for upgrades and then to try farming BM for latro's.

Also these bracers may be worth getting. Very simple quest, kill 30 ogres. Get bracers.

Yeah, I just went though my armor and stuff on the armory for upgrades (at least for the ones that are right, because some pieces haven't been updated yet), so I'll definitely keep those pieces in mind that you mentioned.

And dear god please try to get a much faster OH sword...2.10 is terrible. Farm BM for Latro's.
That's what I'm trying to do... I can only do so many instances in the time I can actually play.
I'm looking to get that and possibly the Vindicator's Brand... then eventually if I can ever find better weapons, I'll change to those. But those two swords are the ones I'm aiming for at the moment.
