The one I can think of off the top of my head is Cenarion Expodition (NOT Circle) as they have a really nice Helm patch which has 24 ap and 16 hit (I think) and doesn't take any trades to use. You can get that at revered with them and is aimed for 70's. A lot of the reputation factions have gear more aimed at level 70's so grinding rep at 70 by doing their instances is easier than ginding rep at your level. But if you are intent on grinding the rep at your level then looking at some of the reputation factions pages on Wowwiki shows some good ways to get early rep.

Here is a link to the Cenarion Expodition one.

As I've said, most of the rewards you will see are more based towards 70's but you may find something you like.

Edited for link problems.

God damn hate links.

Oh God, I feel sorry for Alchemists as you have to be revered with half of the bloody world to get all the patterns :). If your talking of the Thrallmar Bow then you'll probably be running Shattered Halls a lot as you've almost finished with everything for them. Another faction that may be of intrest to you is The Consortium as they have a nice Gun, it isnt as good as the Thrallmar bow but is nice all the same. Also, the Aldor have a nice blue ring.

A good rule, no matter which faction you are grinding for, is to find repeatable quests or mobs which give faction rep. Don't bother doing too many quests right now, but grind yourself to honored at least on mobs and repeatable quests. Save up any larger turnins (Cenarion Expeditions Coilfang Armaments for instance) for after that. Once you've gotten past honored, or even well on your way to revered, you can start doing the quests they offer you.

This way, you will reach Revered/Exalted alot sooner than if you go straight for the quests.

I messed up on my Druid, and just quested my way to 70 fast as hell. No consideration for faction. I have now done every single quest Cenarion Expedition has to offer, and she isn't even revered with them yet. I can't do the unidentified plant turnin, and the only way I can get any rep at all is through instance runs. Mucho... mucho... instance runs. I am weeping when I think about how many SV runs I am going to have to do to get Earthwarden.

You might get to revered or exalted running SV for the Beast Lord pants and shoulders--I know I did; I got the pants early but never even saw the shoulders drop.

In addition to the excellent advice above, WoWWiki has reputation guides for each faction.

Pay particular attention to the repeatable quests or kills which stop providing faction after a certain point, and make sure to get the best benefit from those before advancing to the next Reputation level.

Take the Consortium for example. Prior to patch 2.3 it was very difficult to get Consortium rep to Exalted unless you were very, very careful about what you did and when. There are two repeatable quests which you can't repeat after you become friendly, so do those until you become friendly. And then Mana Tombs runs can take you to Honored. At that point running the standard quests becomes 'economic', as every remaining repeatable quest or Instance run which provides rep continues to do so until Exalted. You can make the best use of your time if you try to run whatever daily Instances they offer in the Lower City, as you'll get some reputation with the Consortium as well as possibly with some other factions, and you'll also start collecting Ethereum Prison Keys, and 5 of those makes for another repeatable turn in for rep and coin.

Use their search bar and simply put in the name of the faction you want to research. Very typically the link is very intuitive, you could try just putting the name of the faction after the wowwiki url.

http://www.wowwiki.com/Lower_City
etc

I never had trouble with reputation and questing, but a large part of that is due to me running a lot of instances during leveling.
I'm now exalted with CE and Sha'tar, and revered with pretty much everything else.

I've got the CE as a 10k stretch to Exalted. And Consortium, too. Those are 9in my experience) the hardest to take to Exalted if you don't know the best steps as you progress, which I didn't at the time. The Consortium is a bit easier with the new daily quests, but the CE has only Coilfang Armamants (lousy rep for those), SV runs and Heroics left for rep.

I was exactly the same on my hunter. I was one of the members of my guild to reach 70 the earliest and I just charged in there, questing and leveling like mad. Now that I'm also getting my druid up, I've learned a lot about Outland groups and reputations so I'll be doing things differently this time.

I'm doing the same thing with my alts. I did try to think about some rep with my main but still screwed up with my CE rep. My Thrallmar rep is pretty trashed too but they don't have much that I want anyways. My little 63 Rogue is revered with Sporeggar and honored with CE already with a ton of quests still do do for them. I am just now trying to work out which reps I want for my Hunter.

For CE, the most efficient way to get rep is to, not do any quest(instances that give rep) and turn in unidentifiable plant parts until honored, you are bound to get quite bit of rare specimens which give a lot of rep per turn in once you are honored, once you run out of rare specimens, you can start questing, I hit revered at lvl 55. Btw unidentified plants are pretty cheap on AH, so either you can kill mobs for them or simply buy a batch and turn it all in at once for honored. I did the latter option.

My Rogue did no quests for CE until after she turned in enough unidentified plant parts to reach honored (farmed by my main) and she got no rare specimens at all. :(

My main never got any rare specimens either but I only did a few turnins on her.

Hopefully my Hunter has better luck. :)

Same. My Mage used the unidentified plant parts for all the CE rep until they stopped giving rep, and never saw a rare plant.
