lvl 30 questFollow

closing in on 30 and really looking forward to the 2h wep quest, but i really dont know which way to go. i havent specialized in any wep yet becuz im not really sure which to choose. i no that maces is for stun, sword for extra attack, etc. but dont really know which to choose. is one better then the others? any advice wood be much appreciated.
