Dr. Boom is useful to test out various shot/spell rotations if you are ranged. Is there such a mob for melee users' needs?

The elemental draenei shaman scattered throughout SMV are nice for leveling weapon skills, but I believe since they're immune to all attacks you won't be able to build combo points or rage. There's also the guys in Blasted Lands that take full damage from attacks but it doesn't actually kill them, though you'd be forced to attack from the front unless you get a friend to help you out.

Not hard to cap expertise on them. Even if you don't, it's not far off, since you will be hit capped, though you might not be hit capped on a 73 elite.

Would you just prefer if we told you the optimal rotation instead? I bet its already been figured out.
