here is my armory link
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Aggramar&n=Naturehand

and i wanted to know , until lvl 70, i played in instances like tank/dps , with my pet and knew to control it perfectly and balance the forces , i dinged 70 , started to do SL , and the tank said , dont send your pet it will low the dps

now i didnt understand what it was , and it seems a hunter has other part in the instances(and i guess raids) in lvl 70 , so i would like to know several stuff :

1. what is the tactic for hunter in lvl 70 instances/raids (im a bm specced)
2. where do i need to start in order to get some nice epics .

thanks for helping coz it seems everything i did till 70 doesnt apply on 70 lvl ;P

p.s

without my pet i think i need to change spec and learn a new tactic ;D

Are you sure he said siccing pet will lower your dps?
Because if he did that is complete nonsense. Pet is good chunk of your dps and keeping it by your side is simply silly.

Otherwise I didnt notice much difference between pre and post 70 play. Assuming you use traps when you solo, you only need to learn little bit of positioning so the tank dont break them and watch for CD.
In normal 70 instances you can even use pet to offtank for a while if needed.

I have hunter in guild that is running Kara with us (not getting mine in yet because the guild has much more use of my warlock, we just started 2 weeks ago) and he is mainly setting traps and dpsing.
He got used to keep trap in front of our priest all the time just in case and it works really fine.
And he sends his pet in and out of fights with all other melees, just the same.

When he first got in guild he was sort of "break my own traps" fresh 70 but since then he improved so much I am really amazed. Not the top dps maybe but fully deserved place in our raids.

Edited to add: Sorry but your swords make me shiver :(
