/castsequence reset=24 Curse of Agony, Corruption, Immolate

that should cover it for you. though you might want to adjust the reset timer. basically it means that if you don't press the macro during that time (in seconds) then it'll reset back to the first spell on the list, so 5-10 seconds is probably more appropriate. also it'll reset to CoA if you press it 3 times as these sequences just loop if you spam them.

a nice little macro you might want is:

/castsequence [nomodifier, target=player] reset=N Fel Armor, Detect Invisibility, Unending Breath
/castsequence reset=N [modifier:ctrl] Detect Invisibility, Unending Breath
/castsequence reset=N [modifier:shift] Find Herbs, Sense Demons
/cast [modifier:alt] Demon Armor

i THINK the shorthand for /castsequence is /cs but tbh, i haven't tried.. though i should as i need to neaten up my macros...

I prefer /castsequence reset=target/combat Curse of Agony, Corruption, Immolate

That way, it resets if you change targets or leave combat for any reason.

Don't use spell rotation macros beyond the opening DoT sequence, you'll lose tons of DPS compared to just being able to keep your DoT's up as often as possible. "Spell rotations" for affliction locks are in the range of minutes long before repetition, and are completely screwed up with a single DoT resist, which needs to be reapplied immediately. Get a good DoT/debuff tracker (Dotdotdot or ClassTimer) and use that instead.

If you're only leveling/grinding, then a macro would be okay. The one Jenova posted followed by a none-macro'd Tap and Drain Life, for example.

Thanks everyone!

Nah I'm leveling a second lock, (sigh yes on the dark err i mean horde side), wanted the macro just to open with on mobs, as well as to dot anything and everything in sight (hopefully) in a bg.

I figured Id go over to the best lock community and ask.
