Generally speaking, you shouldn't go for, for a tanking spec, are imp. rend (it's basically a bad talent for a very bad ability - rend's only real use is to make sure rogues can't restealth), iron will (it has it's uses, but the points are better spent elsewhere), and imp. charge (again, it has it's uses, bloodrage gives you the initial 10 rage, so charge isn't all that great).
Anger management is nice, as it's a constant bonus in rage gen, so higher threat.
What you should do is max out imp. thunder clap (costs less, does more damage, slows attacking speed more), max out cruelty (works out to be around a 5% increase in TPS). Then in the prot tree, you definitely want to max out defiance (15% more threat and expertise [so less dodges and parries on your hits]), imp. sunder (makes devestate cost less, so you can use it more often, thus more threat), and max out focused rage (same idea as imp. sunder, but it effects all your attacks, basically).
There's not really any point in having 2/2 imp. shield wall. It's your last "oh ****" button, and if you get to that point you're in trouble anyways.
Imp. taunt is nice for 5 mans and heroics, but beyond that it's not much use since most bosses are immune to taunt.
Imp. shield bash is again mildly useful for 5 mans annd heroics, but isn't all that great since an untalented shield bash will already stop casts from whatever school of magic the spell you interrupted was from.
Also, when you're tanking, make sure to use shield slam every cooldown, and to use devestate rather than sunder (basically take sunder off your bar). Your priority should be Shield Slam -> Revenge -> Devestate. If you need to thunder clap, demo shout or commanding/battle shout, do it in place of a devestate.
