Earth Elemental and HydrossFollow

I thought of this a little while ago and was wondering if you guys could confirm it.
I read somewhere that Earth Elementals can tank a mob in black temple called Aqueous Spawns because their melee attack was nature based and the earth elemental is immune to nature damage

So I was wondering: Couldn't you theoretically turn Hydross into poison form and use an earth elemental to tank him the entire fight(with shamans alternating them because of the 2 minute duration)? Since they're immune to nature, no matter how many debuffs Hydross puts on them, they'd still take no damage. Would this work? Or is there some way this is impossible.

Edit: Scratch that; won't work. Just talked to one of the tanks: Hydross is taunt-immune. Rocky won't grab agro.

Nice idea. You'd still need a secondary tank though; Rocky's AoE taunt will put him at the top of the threat list every once in awhile, but he still needs someone other than a squishy to match argo to. He doesn't generate threat (only ~70 damage per hit), he just taunts. However, I think the Mark of Corruption (eventually +500% nature damage debuff to entire raid) combined with Vile Sludge will catch up with you. His forms need to be switched not only to give the tanks time for the debuff to fade, but also the rest of the raid. I'll try to convince the raid to try it, but I'm not too hopeful about the outcome.

Earth Elemental works great for Murmur's Sonic Boom though, and Nethermancer Sepethrea in mech would be much harder without the targetable fire-immune Fire Elemental distracting the evil elementals.
