How many times can you do this guy? Once you've completed the quest, can you summon him at will or is it just beat him once and that's it?
You can summon him anytime, in heroic of course, and once per saved instance. He's worth going back for due to the rare mount he drops. It's a raven, but it doesn't fly. He makes it a 3-badge heroic instead of a crappy 2 badge.
Yes, I will be running it multiple times on my Druid. I've already been running it on regular time and again to memorize the pulls and what the mobs each do, and I've mostly got my initial heroic tanking set ready, so I should be totally ready as soon as I ding 70 to start the quest and get it all done. Just need 1500 more gold before I hit 70 (I'm **** like that) and I'm good to go.

While I agree the bird mount is stupid because it doesn't fly, it should at least have a slow fall mechanic while jumping off stuff.
To clarify the details - you receive a moonstone 'key' from the NPC in Cenarion Refuge to summon the boss. After completing the quest, he'll ask for the key back as part of the completion. Then you 'll get another '?', which will be him giving you the key back again 'should the boss ever return and need more vanquishing'.
Did mine last week (after 6 months waiting) - I dropped rank 1 rejuv's constantly on the birds (stood central and spinning around), the other 4 took him down in about 2 minutes.
