Is the Enhance pvp gear decent for pve? Broad question but that's the best I can get it down to.
Enchancement S1 set.
Decent for PvE? Yes.
Good for PvE? No.
Only thing that you should grab hold of when it comes to S1 gear that will last for quite a while are the weapons.
Grab 2 pummelers or cleavers and you'll be tossing out awesome stormstrikes and WF procs
