Recently I have changed my specc from 0/21/40 to o/40/21.
The problem is, in the build I specced into "Demonic Tactics" to get the 5% more crit rating, from previous experiences, the extra crit from DT showed up under the spell crit rating under my character tab, yet, since I specced into DT this time, before I when I had 0/21/40 my crit rating was 18%, now since I am 0/40/21, my crit is still 18%.
I didn't lose any crit talents from destro or change my gear/buffs. So I should not have lost crit rating. Could anyone help me understand why my crit is still 18% [23% for destro spells].

Well there's only 2% crit I can't account for, the other 3% is from the backlash talent.
That's why you don't have 23%, though you should have at least 20%

Ahh yes, backlash. I just recently looked at my crit rating again it has changed to 20%. Thank you for the help.
