I've been playing WoW for a little while, but I got to say that I'm fairly new to macros. What do you find most helpful? Which macros do you guys use?

Got it from elitist jerks. When trading gear around and switching enchants/calculations, this macro is a godsend.

/equip Libram of Repentance
This makes sure whenever I cast Holy Shield that I will have the right Libram in place. You can do this with any Libram/spell combo like before I got my Libram of Souls Redeemed I had Blessed Book of Nagrand macroed to my Flash of Light spell and Libram of the Lightbringer macroed to my Holy Light spell.
Still have various other Librams macroed to various spells that they effect.

i use mouse over healing macros. These allow me to mouse over the raid boxes and heal with my hotkeys without loosing my primary target.
