End-Game weapon enchants...Follow

for an enhancment Shaman?

I'm currently grinding rep and marks for 2 x Gladiator's Pummeler.

a) What is the best enchant to get, money no object?

b) Whats a good poormans enchant till I get the gold for a?

So far I have a choice of Crusader, +20 Strength, and the +120 Agility proc one (can't remember its name) or would a straight +7 damage be good?

Thanks

Mongoose / Mongoose or Executioner / Mongoose are about the same (and about the same price) for an Enhancement Shaman, and are the best enchants. If you're poor, 20 STR.

From what I understand, any of your top three are viable options. Mongoose is the most expensive but probably most popular; go for it for PvP or if you need more crit, but I found the speed increase disappointing. Potency is a straight +40 AP (+44 with Kings) buff for each weapon; nothing exciting. Crusader is the cheapest (farm the orbs yourself) and comparable to Potency: I can confirm the 1 ppm rate, which will give you +120 AP for 15 of 60 seconds plus the heal effect.

As you get into higher-end (T5+) raids, start looking into executioner.

Mongoose provides 4.8% crit per proc (and stacks with double procs on MH/OH), Crusader provides 60 Strength (120 AP) at lvl 70 per proc, and Potency is a constant +20 Strength (40 AP).

Hmmm, thanks for the reply guys. I just had a look on the AH for mats for Mongoose/executioner and thats gonna cost about 600g each! way more than I have atm :(

Would a combo of crusader and Potency work or am I better off with 2x either Crusader and Potency?

I guess it personal choice in the end just wondering what you think

The +7 Damage would be a LOT cheaper. I sell that enchant for 15G, it would be a good stopgap until you could afford the +20 Strength or +25 Agility (Timbermaw recipe)/ Crusader or Mongoose.
Good Luck.
