i)Press Escape. A menu appears.
2)Select Keybindings from the menu. A big list of functions and their keys appear
Third) Map according to your preferences
Four) Curse his silly mappings, and group similar functions to the same position on different bars. (Overpower / Revenge & Pummel / Shield Bash)
5th) Curse the fact that you are pummelling instead of moving towards a mob.

cut/paste from the other keybindings post:

i'm prot specced atm, and my keybinding looks like this on my 5 button mouse:

strafe left: A
strafe right: D
mousewheel down: shield slam
mousewheel up: revenge
shift+mousewheel down: devastate
shift+mousewheel up: tclap
press mousewheel: shield block
mouse button 4: zerker stance anti-fear macro
mouse button 5: cleave
E: shield bash
R: taunt
2: heroic strike
3: spell reflect

one of these days, i'll add F: concussion blow, 1: intervene and X: use ranged weapon.

when i'm specced 17/44, i go with:
mousewheel down: BT
mousewheel up: WW
press mousewheel: HS
mouse button 5: cleave

with this setup, you can remain extremely mobile, your hands will remain on the mouse and keyboard, and you will never use more than two or three fingers on your left hand simultaneously.

slightly OT, but in response to froman what is the usefulness of a zerker stance zerker rage macro? In all the situations I've encountered, there's never really a warning that you're about to get feared. And once you are feared you can't switch to zerker stance anymore. Does it just magically let you switch to zerker stance if it's in a macro or something, and not the actual command?

The Zerker Stance / Zerker Rage macro (to allow you to click one button in Defensive, to swap to zerker, and zerker rage) is useful on those bosses that emote before a fear (Onyxia for example), or have fear on a Timer.
CT_Raid and Deadly Boss Mobs also look for these emotes and warn you of an impending Fear.
Have a look on WoWWiKi's boss articles, where it lists the various emotes and shouts that a particular boss will give before changing phases, or starting special attacks.

Ahh. Well in that case I just prefer to switch stances manually.

It's hard to see why you would. No one can hit keys with the same perfect timing a macro will execute changes. The whole idea of a macro that switches you, casts zerk rage, and puts you back in defensive is precisely that a big bad thing is beating the heck out of you, and siting even one instant too long in zerk stance can be the difference between a smooth encounter and a serious "oh no" moment for your healers.

It's not like you need to take up screen real-estate for this either. A couple of good mods (like say Trinity Bars 2.0) will allow you to put a key-binding on a macro without having to put the macro on an action bar.
