I have 2 questions ... one is.. can anyone post a macro or something that lets me bind Fireblast or attack with a wand with a mouse side button/right click.
I was also wondering if anyone knows any good 49 Fire mage twinks or could post some gear items that i must have for my 49 Fire Mage Twink. Im also new to casters so could you please help me out with what stats i should stack ... (crit, int, spir, stam, etc.)

I wouldn't do it on right click, as that is what you should be using to turn/etc.
For the macro you could do a couple of things, use bongos (addon) so you can easily bind keys to any button on the action bar or you can go through the key bindings menu and bind that button (mouse4 or whatever) to that.
not sure about 49 twink gear, you can try out wow-loot.
